Shipping policy
DELIVERY
We know how important a fast, reliable delivery service is, so within the UK, we endeavour to deliver within five working days.
Mainland UK Delivery Charges: Zones A and B*. We offer Free UK delivery on orders over £50, orders under £50 will incur a delivery charge of £4.95.
*Additional Surcharges (Isle of Wight + Isle of Scilly) £6.00 for orders under £100
For Postage Areas C & D for orders under £100
Zone C = £10
Zone D = £15
For orders over £100 = Free postage
Zone E = International delivery ( please see below)
International Delivery
Delivery charges will apply for international orders and you will be quoted a delivery price once we have received your order, postage is charged according to weight. All international orders are on a proforma basis and so we will despatch your order once your invoice has been paid in full, so credit card and PayPal payments options are not available at time of order placement for international customers.
Out of Stock Items
On occasion, there may be items out of stock so delivery can take longer. If there is a delay in obtaining the out of stock items we will advise you and part ship the bulk of your order, despatching late items as soon as they are available. We will never charge you extra delivery costs for part shipments.
Urgent Orders
If your order is urgent please call us on 01553 816 776 and we'd be happy to help and accommodate your needs.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you do not have to keep it. Please just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange collection from your school. If you have simply changed your mind we may make a charge of £5 per box of books to cover the cost of arranging collection (available to UK Customers only). Books must be returned in mint condition so please make sure they are stored and packed up carefully, ideally in the original packaging. In the rare case of the goods arriving in faulty condition, there will be no charge for collection, but please do let us know as soon as possible when they arrive and in any case within 14 days in order to be eligible for return.
