Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you do not have to keep it.  Please just contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange collection from your school. If you have simply changed your mind, we may make a charge of £5 per box of books to cover the cost of arranging collection (available to UK Customers only, international customers will need to pay for return shipping). Books must be returned in mint condition, so please make sure they are stored and packed up carefully, ideally in the original packaging. In the rare case of the goods arriving in faulty condition, there will be no charge for collection, but please do let us know as soon as possible when they arrive and in any case within 14 days in order to be eligible for return.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
